Generate Diabetes Report of Patients at Risk for a Diagnosis

This report needs to identify patients who have received lab results of a glucose level greater than 126 two or more times, and who have never been diagnosed with diabetes. To create this report, you would filter the data by accessing the following modules or options from the Report Filter Settings List: Orders (for example, Order Type: Laboratory; Test Results: Glucose, two or more times greater than 126) Diagnosis (for example, Diabetes) Patient (Patient demographics filter) After making all of your filtering and data selection choices, generate the report. Generate Pediatric Report of Patients at Medication Risk

This report needs to identify patients on a specific medication type, which may be a risk for that age group. The report should display medications for pediatric patients who are taking specified SSRI's under the age of 18 by Provider and include Totals. To create this report, you would filter the data by accessing the following modules or options from the Report Filter Settings List: Medication (for example, Patients who have ever taken Zoloft, Paxil, Prozac, Celexa, Lexapro) Provider (for example, All) Patient (for example, Date of Birth, which occurs on or after a specified date) Columns (for example, selecting patient data and report columns, such as Brand Name) Sorting (for example, sorting by Rendering Provider and group) Totals (for example, including the Prescribed Total of the specific medications) Note: In this case, Totals is the last Report Filter option to select. Select Reports Totals

Reports can include column totals in the form of sums, averages, or counts. For example, you could select Reports Totals to count the number of prescribed medicines for pediatric patients who are taking a specific medication type under the age of 18. Note: You should select Totals as the last step before you save and generate the report. Select Totals from the Report Filter Settings List. Report Filter Set the totals you want to use for the appropriate columns. To view the report data in alternate shading, select Alternate Shading. Note: The alternate shading pattern does not display when you print the report. Select Save. Note: Saving the report before generating is optional. To generate the report, select OK.
