Enable the Suppression of DUR Alerts at the Practice Level
Open File Maintenance.
Select Master Files > System > EHR.
Select Practices.
The Practices List window opens.
Double-click a practice.
The Modify Practice Information window opens.
Select Preferences.
The Practice Preferences window opens.
From the Preference List pane, select Medication.
Select the Allow practice to suppress specific DUR interactions check box.
The Can users suppress specific DUR interactions check box becomes available.
To allow users to suppress specific DUR interaction alerts, select the Can users suppress specific DUR interactions check box.
The five minimum-level lists become available.
Specify the minimum interaction level that the user can select. The list of interactions to suppress loosely matches the list of interactions the user can check for in the Medications module.
