Before you begin
You must ensure that you have the
Delete Patient Education Document access right set to
Yes in in System Administrator.
You can delete the patient education document from the patient's chart in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR and select a patient.
- Select an unlocked encounter and select the
button
The Encounter Details window opens.
- Select the item you want to delete, and select the
button.
- Select Delete.
Note: If the seleted patient education document has sent to patient portal, an application message appears stating that the document has already sent to patient portal and unable to delete.
