sub-folder and the appropriate folder for the reports you wish to copy, for example, Medications.

Determine the Copy Location
Access System Administrator. The System Administrator main window opens. From the Main menu, select View > Universal Preferences. The Preferences window opens. Select Reports. The Universal Preferences for the reports appears. Determine the location to copy the reports, which is specified in the appropriate Universal Preference. For example, the specific copy location for Meaningful Use Reports is in the Custom Report Path. To use a report, you use Windows® Explorer to copy the report file to a location specified in the Reports Universal Preference. The Standard reports included in NextGen® Enterprise EHR are stored in the Distributed Reports Crystal Reports folder. The location of other report files can vary.
