Viewing the NextGen® Enterprise PM Memorized Reports

You must ensure the following requirements are met to view the NextGen® Enterprise PM reports in Cohorts:

  • You must have NextGen® Enterprise PM license to view the reports in Cohorts.
  • You must have access permissions to view patient’s clinical data. If you don’t have access to patient’s clinical data as per the NextGen® Enterprise Exclusions list, then you cannot view the patient’s clinical data on Care Opportunities though NextGen® Enterprise PM reports and patient name appears as Restricted in patient grid.
  • You must have access to view and run the NextGen® Enterprise PM reports. If you don’t have the access to run the NextGen® Enterprise PM reports, then you cannot run the reports available in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub. When you select any NextGen® Enterprise PM report on the Cohorts tab, patients’ information does not appear in patient grid.
  • You must ensure patient level NextGen® Enterprise PM reports are created. The NextGen Care® Population Management Hub supports only patient level NextGen® Enterprise PM reports.
