Viewing the NextGen® Enterprise PM Memorized Reports

You must ensure the following requirements are met to view the NextGen® Enterprise PM reports in Cohorts: You must have NextGen® Enterprise PM license to view the reports in Cohorts. You must have access permissions to view patient’s clinical data. If you don’t have access to patient’s clinical data as per the NextGen® Enterprise Exclusions list, then you cannot view the patient’s clinical data on Care Opportunities though NextGen® Enterprise PM reports and patient name appears as Restricted in patient grid. You must have access to view and run the NextGen® Enterprise PM reports. If you don’t have the access to run the NextGen® Enterprise PM reports, then you cannot run the reports available in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub. When you select any NextGen® Enterprise PM report on the Cohorts tab, patients’ information does not appear in patient grid. You must ensure patient level NextGen® Enterprise PM reports are created. NextGen® Enterprise PM and NextGen Enterprise Memorized Reports

After you set up a report with the filters that best fit your practice, you can save the memorized report settings so that they are available for use again. You do not have to run the report to memorize it. Memorizing a report saves the report parameters, not the actual data. Each time you run the memorized report, the report format remains the same but it always contains the current information from the database. NextGen® Enterprise PM memorizes date ranges in different ways, depending on the following criteria: If you use criteria like current month or month to date, then NextGen® Enterprise PM uses your server's current date to set the date range. This is referred to as a smart date. If you enter a custom date, then NextGen® Enterprise PM remembers that date and uses it to pull the report data. Cohorts

You can access the list of saved NextGen Care® Population Management Hub reports on the Cohorts tab. The following reports are available: NextGen® Enterprise EHR memorized reports. NextGen® Enterprise PM memorized reports. NextGen® Enterprise EHR and NextGen® Enterprise PM report snapshots. You can sort the data available in Cohorts by selecting on the column header. You can view the patient clinical information in Care Opportunities, only if you have permission to access patient's data. Note: In NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, only patient level NextGen® Enterprise PM reports are available. Memorized Reports in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub

Reports can be created in NextGen® Enterprise PM using specific filters and qualifying criteria to identify a specific patient population, and then saved as a memorized report. These memorized reports can be accessed in NextGen® Enterprise EHR from the Population Management Hub > Cohorts tab and used to generate a patient list for outreach purposes, such as sending messages via NextGen Care® Outreach or NextGen® PxP Portal. Access NextGen® Document Management Reports from NextGen Enterprise PM

You can access NextGen® Document Management reports from NextGen® Enterprise PM. Note: NextGen® Document Management memorized reports are available in NextGen® Enterprise PM, but not available in NextGen® Document Management. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. On the toolbar, select Reports, and then select Document Management. The list of available NextGen® Document Management reports opens. Select the report that you want to generate. Create Memorized Reports

Depending on whether you want to create a NextGen® Enterprise or NextGen® Enterprise PM report, set up the report by defining the columns and filters to produce the desired format and results. Note: If you want to open the NextGen® Enterprise PM reports in NextGen Care® Population Management Hub, then you must ensure to create only the patient level NextGen® Enterprise PM memorized reports. Ensure the report meets your requirements, select Save on the Report Filter. If you want to verify the report prior to saving, run the report. Review the report, and then select Memorize Report . The Memorize Report window opens. Note: Save results for notification does not appear when memorizing NextGen® Enterprise PM reports. In Save As, enter the name of your report. If you are changing an existing memorized report, the original information automatically appears. In Report Type, select a report type.
