To view the history of your searches in the Data Share module, you can open the Search History pane on the Home tab.
You can perform the following actions for the Search History pane.
To control the relative sizes of the Search History and Export History panes, select the collapse or expand icon in either pane.
To control the maximum number of items displayed on each page or to move to previous or later pages, use the icons at the bottom of the Search History pane.
To refresh the data in the Search History pane, select the refresh icon at the bottom of the pane.
To view the results of an existing search, select the date and time in the Search Date column.
The search results pane opens on the right. You can perform the same actions there as if you had just initiated a search from the Search tab. For example, you can preview and import documents that were returned by the search, or you can close the results pane by clicking Close.
To initiate a new search, select New Search in the upper right corner of the Search History pane.
The Search tab opens. You can use this tab to search for more documents to import.
