View Patient Appointments

Before you begin

You must ensure that you have an active license for NextGen® Enterprise PM.
In NextGen® Enterprise EHR Appointments Quick Button, you can view patients future and past appointments based on configuration.
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window.
  2. On the Quick Buttons panel, hover over Appointments.
    The Appointments table appears displaying the configuration message, the patient's future and recent past appointments and date and time, status, resource or provider, location and reason columns.

    When the View by Resource is selected in the Inbox module of NextGen® Enterprise EHR, the resource column appears in the Appointments table; similarly, when the View by Provider is selected, the provider column appears.
