You can customize the patient's Future and Past appointments displayed on the Appointments Quick Button in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window.
- On the Quick Buttons panel, select

The My Quick Button Settings window opens.
- In the Appointments row, select
.
The future and past appointments view configuration window opens displaying the default values for future and past appointments are 5 and 10, respectively.
- To view the required number of appointments, select values from Future and Past appointments list.
Note: You can set a limit to view the number of patient's Future appointments to 5, 10, or 15 and the number of Past appointments to 0, 5, 10, or 15.
- Select OK.
- To view the practice configured appointments, select Reset to Practice Settings, and then select Apply.
