Manage Patient Appointments View at User-Level

You can customize the patient's Future and Past appointments displayed on the Appointments Quick Button in NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window.
  2. On the Quick Buttons panel, select .
    The My Quick Button Settings window opens.
  3. In the Appointments row, select .
    The future and past appointments view configuration window opens displaying the default values for future and past appointments are 5 and 10, respectively.

  4. To view the required number of appointments, select values from Future and Past appointments list.
  5. Select OK.
  6. To view the practice configured appointments, select Reset to Practice Settings, and then select Apply.
