- From the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Menu bar, select View and select Document Bar.
- In the Document menu, select Document Bar.

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select File > System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. Select Configuration Home and click OK. The Configuration Home window opens. Open a saved patient document. Make any applicable changes. Save the patient document. NextGen® Enterprise EHR archives the previous version of the patient document. The Hide/Show archived documents icon appears in the top left corner of the document viewer. Note: The Hide/Show archived documents icon appears only if there is a revision of the document available for display. Select the Hide/Show archived documents icon. The Revision History pane containing all previous versions of the patient Document opens. Select a previous version from the Revision History pane. The selected version is displayed below the current version of the document. Select the Toggle View mode icon to switch the display from horizontal to vertical.
