Standard SAP® Crystal Reports® in the Orders Module
The Orders module includes the following SAP® Crystal Reports®:
-
- Labcorp
- These reports show lab requisitions and result from Labcorp using the Labcorp order/result format. These reports include:
-
- Lab Results by Encounter Date Report
- The patient receives this report.
-
- Labcorp eRequisition Report (Labcorp eReq)
- The vendor receives this report. Starting with NextGen 5.8 UD2, to improve patient safety and ease of use, the Labcorp report includes a 2D barcode and the Labcorp Account Number.
- Quest Diagnostics. These reports show order requisitions, lab labels, and test results from Quest labs using the Quest Diagnostic order/result format. They include:
- Quest Diagnostics Lab Requisition Report
- Quest Diagnostics Lab Labels Report
- Quest Diagnostics Results Need Order Number Report
- Quest Diagnostics Results Need Order Report
- Quest Diagnostics Results No Order Report
The Quest reports include the following information:
- Panel comments
- The performing entity codes are listed by the tests. The details for each location are included in the footnote of the report.
- Order components in the order received from the lab (rather than alphabetical order).
- Order status
- Generic lab requisitions. This report shows all the patient's lab orders and the results for all lab orders.
If you have provided the reason for the lab test in the Orders module, the Generic Lab eRequisition report displays the reason in the Test Information section.
- Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN). This is the "Advance Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage." This report is used to inform beneficiaries of their potential financial liability for certain services or procedures from Medicare.
- Immunization End of Day. This report (titled "Immunization Order Audit Report") shows all the immunization orders by each provider for the date (or date specified).
- Radiology lab requisitions. This report shows only the patient's radiology lab orders. If you have provided the reason for the radiology test in the Orders module, the Generic Radiology eRequisition report can now display the reason in the Test Information section.
To enable the provider to provide the radiologist with documentation that the Appropriate Use Criteria (AUC) information was referenced when selecting an Advanced Imaging test in the Orders module, the provider can print the Generic Radiology eRequisition report, which displays the Reference Number, AUC score, the provider's National Provider Identifier (NPI), Clinical Decision Support Mechanism (CDSM) Vendor reference number, and Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) AUC modifier that captures the provider compliance with AUC recommendations.
- Vaccine Inventory. These reports enable you to track the inventory of active vaccines for Vaccine for Children (VFC) eligible patients and non-VFC patients by location. For each practice location, you can track when active VFC vaccines or Non-VFC vaccines are entered into the Vaccine Inventory. The report groups the information for each vaccine by Vaccine Name, and displays the following information for each vaccine: Brand Name, manufacturer, lot number, expiration date, and dosage information. For each vaccine name, the report displays the totals of the doses received, doses used, and doses remaining. The Vaccine Inventory reports are as follows:
- Active VFC Inventory report
- Non-Active VFC Inventory report
- Immunizations Summary reports. This report can display immunization adult and pediatric data in three formats:
- Immunization summary report for adult and pediatric patients (Original)
- Immunizations Summary report in CDC format for adult patients or pediatric patients.
- Immunizations Detail report.
During set up, you can determine which report format best meets your practice’s needs. You can only select one Immunizations Summary report type.
