Set up the Tall Man Preference

The Tall Man preference enables you to visually distinguish between medications that have similar names by displaying them with some of the letters capitalized. For example, acetazolamide and acetohexamide have similar names. In the First Data Base listing, the display names are acetaZOLAMIDE and acetoHEXAMIDE, and display as such in the Medications module and medication search windows.

To display similar medication names with capitalization, select the Display Tall Man Medication Names check box.
You must also select the Enable Tall Man Medications check box in Practice Preferences.
