Set Up the Report Path for SAP® Crystal Reports®

In order to print a SAP® Crystal Reports® you must have one or more specific reports set up through the Crystal Report application and assigned to a printer. For test orders, you can create a report for the current encounter for the current patient.
  1. Make sure that you have the System Administrator setting for Reports defined.
  2. Selecte System Administrator > View > Universal Preferences.
    The Preferences window opens.

  3. Select Reports.
  4. Make sure the paths are defined.
  5. Select OK to save the value.
    User-defined reports are saved in the appropriate directory for easy access at a later time. After you have created the reports that you need, select which reports you want to use for each testing entity in File Maintenance > Practice Preferences > Orders module > Reports.
