In order to print a SAP® Crystal Reports® you must have one or more specific reports set up through the Crystal Report application and assigned to a printer. For test orders, you can create a report for the current encounter for the current patient.
- Make sure that you have the System Administrator setting for Reports defined.

- Select Reports.
- Make sure the paths are defined.
- Select OK to save the value.
User-defined reports are saved in the appropriate directory for easy access at a later time. After you have created the reports that you need, select which reports you want to use for each testing entity in .
Note: The default reports filter is for an .rpt file type (SAP® Crystal Reports®)
