Set up the Immunizations Module
- Set up the Immunizations System Rights and Permissions for the appropriate User Groups.
- Set up the Immunizations Universal Preferences, as needed.
Note: While each practice's setup may vary, depending on the specialty, ensure that you refer the Immunizations Pre-Setup Practice Considerations section after you complete the System Administration setup to ensure that you are implementing the Immunizations preferences and tasks as per the recommended best practices.
- Set up the Vaccine Billing codes.
- Select the NDC Library and add the appropriate Medical codes in the NDC Library.
- Set up the Vaccine Inventory.
- Set up Immunizations Practice Preferences.
- Set up the VIS documents.
- Set up Vaccine Custom Names.
- Configure other Immunization-related tasks, as required.
- Set up the Immunizations Summary report that is appropriate for your practice.
