Availability of the Refill Request Matching Window
The availability of the Refill Request Matching window is based on the following configurations in File Maintenance: All Providers. The Filter By field displays all providers, and the list shows all unmatched refill requests for all providers. Current Provider. The Filter By field displays the current provider name and the list shows all unmatched refill requests for the current provider. Assigned Provider. The Filter By field displays the assigned provider name and the list shows all unmatched refill requests for the assigned provider. The Refill Request Patient Matching window handles the status of the refill request based on the person_id and NDC. The status is determined when opening the window using the following logic: Status Person ID NDC Unmatched Prescription X X Unmatched Medication X Unmatched Patient X Refill Request Patient Matching The availability of the Refill Request Patient Matching window is based on the Unmatched Refill Request Provider Medication practice preference: All Providers. Set Patient Savings Programs Eligibility Response Time
You can set the time to review the Patient Savings Programs eligibility response. Open File Maintenance. From the Master Files menu, select System > Practices.The Practices List window opens. From the Practices list, double-click a practice.The Modify Practice Information window opens. Select Preferences.The Practice Preferences window opens. Select Medication. Medication option is selected from the Preference List In Patient Savings Program Eligibility Response, enter the correct value.You can enter the value up to 30. Access the Immunizations Practice Preferences
In File Maintenance, select System > Practices > Preferences. The Practices List window opens. Locate and then double-click your practice. The Modify Practice Information window opens. Add Practice-Specific Values in the Provider Level Picklist
Log on to File Maintenance. Under Master Files, System, click EHR. Under EHR Master Files - System, click Practices. The Practices List window opens. Double-click the practice in the list to be modified. Click the Preferences button at the bottom of the Modify Practice Information window. Modify Practice Configuration The Practice Preferences window appears. In the Preference List, click Provider. Create the necessary User Defined Patient Providers.
