Set Up a Printer
- In the Report Setup Dialog, select Printer Setup.
   The Printer Setup window opens.
 - Select a printer from the Printer list.
 - Enter a printer name in the Alias field.
 - Select the printer properties.
 - Select Add. The printer appears in the available printers field.
 - Select Close to exit and save your changes.
   Note: If you do not set up or select a printer, your report prints on the default printer for the computer.
