Save an Image to an Encounter

Images are saved to a specific encounter. If an encounter is locked, you cannot modify its images. You can either create an addendum to the encounter or create a custom encounter for the specific date.   1. On the Top Toolbar, select Save.
    The Save Image File window opens.
  2. On the Save Image File window, do the following:
    1. Select the Show categories check box.
      The Show categories pane opens within the Save Image File window.

    2. Enter the image description in the Please enter image description field.
    3. Select the desired format from the Save image as list.
    4. In the Show categories section, select a required category check box to add the image.
    5. Select OK.
      The image is added to the specified category.
