You can print information about all the immunizations a patient has received. You can print this report from the
Immunizations tab.
Note: The Immunizations Summary report appears in the format you selected when setting up the report (original format, CDC standard format, or Immunizations Detail format).
- Select Print on the Immunizations tab toolbar.
Note: If you want to view the report before it prints, select the arrow next to the Print button and then select Print Preview.
- Select the printer where you want the report to print.
When you print this report, the report is saved to the patient's chart within the associated encounter, and you can access the report from the
Encounter History tab.
