Print Radiology Requisition Report

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Select a patient and open an encounter. Select Orders. The Order Module page opens. In the Orders Summary tab, select Radiology. SAP® Crystal Reports® for Orders

SAP® Crystal Reports® packaged in NextGen® Enterprise EHR include reports specific to test orders. You can generate, view, and print both standard and custom practice SAP Crystal Reports. For test orders, you can use the standard set of orders-based SAP Crystal Reports to create reports for lab and radiology orders for your practice. You can create a report for the current encounter for the current patient. You can also map multiple tests to the same AOE question. Before the standard SAP Crystal Reports for test orders can be used to generate or print reports, set up is required in System Administrator. The reports must also be loaded in your database before you can access and set up those reports. Set Up the Report Path for SAP® Crystal Reports®

In order to print a SAP® Crystal Reports® you must have one or more specific reports set up through the Crystal Report application and assigned to a printer. For test orders, you can create a report for the current encounter for the current patient. Make sure that you have the System Administrator setting for Reports defined. Selecte System Administrator > View > Universal Preferences. The Preferences window opens. Select Reports. Make sure the paths are defined. Select OK to save the value. User-defined reports are saved in the appropriate directory for easy access at a later time. After you have created the reports that you need, select which reports you want to use for each testing entity in File Maintenance > Practice Preferences > Orders module > Reports. Orders Module

You can use the NextGen® Enterprise EHR Orders module to create and manage your lab and radiology orders (also known as diagnostic imaging orders). You can perform the following tasks from the Orders module: Place and send lab and radiology orders. Complete unfinished lab or radiology orders for a patient that originate from a bulk order generated through NextGen Care® Population Management Hub. Choosing advanced imaging tests by their appropriate use criteria (AUC) scores when you place a radiology order. Set up order filters for your practice or private use. Set up schedules for future and recurring orders. Add, view, and track order comments from different areas of the Orders module. Enter test results manually or view test results received from an interface. Send lab results to NextGen® PxP Portal. Generate and Print SAP Crystal Reports

After you set up a report, you can generate and print or fax a SAP Crystal Reports. When you generate a report, you can do any of the following: Print Preview Fax Save to Chart NextGen® Enterprise EHR can store patient chart items (Documents, Images, Notes, Report, and so on) in multiple locations. If enabled, this functionality allows you to store items from the patient chart in separate directories that are automatically separated by date. Note: If you enable Multiple Storage Locations support for Patient Chart Items, the setting automatically overrides the directory setting for the type of an item specified in the Universal Preferences.
