Radiology Requisition Report

The Radiology Requisition report in the Orders module is one of the standard SAP® Crystal Reports® that is available and shows the patient's radiology lab orders.

  • To enable the provider to provide the radiologist with documentation that the Appropriate Use Criteria (AUC) information was referenced when selecting an Advanced Imaging test in the Orders module, the provider can print the Generic Radiology eRequisition report, which displays the Reference Number, AUC Score, the provider's National Provider Identifier (NPI), Clinical Decision Support Mechanism (CDSM) Vendor reference number, and Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) AUC modifier that captures the provider compliance with AUC recommendations.

The Radiology Requisition report shows the patient's radiology lab orders. The National Provider Identifier (NPI) number appears in the Authorization Information section of the report.

The Reference Number, AUC Score, AUC Modifier, and CDSM Vendor fields appear when both the Clinical Decision Support (CDS) number and Appropriate Use Criteria (AUC) score appears for an order.

The CDSM vendor and four possible AUC modifiers and AUC score that appear on the report are as follows.
