Open NextGen Virtual Visits™
Before you begin
- Provider must be at a practice that is licensed with NextGen Virtual Visits™.
- Patient must be an existing patient and already scheduled for a virtual visit.
- Patient must be checked into NextGen Virtual Visits™ before the provider or the provider's staff.
- Ensure that the Send HTML document for mobile integration option is enabled in the Virtual Visits portal for the Virtual Visit link to appear in Encounter History.
- You must enable and configure NextGen Virtual Visits™ in File Maintenance.
