Miscellaneous eRx Details

The Misc tab in the New Rx Details window displays the following information:

• Prescribing Order Number
• Rx Reference Number.

  The Rx Reference Number is provided by the pharmacy, and appears only in the Refill Request Details and Refill Response Details window.

• Message ID
• Sent Time
• Relates To Message ID
• Benefits Coordination section.

  This displays the payer details for the patient.

• Subsequent Benefits Coordination.

  This displays the e-coupon/copay details for the patient's medication.

The Misc tab in the Refill Response Details window displays the reason and other details for approving or denying the prescription.
