Miscellaneous eRx Details
The Misc tab in the New Rx Details window displays the following information:
- Prescribing Order Number
- Rx Reference Number.
The Rx Reference Number is provided by the pharmacy, and appears only in the Refill Request Details and Refill Response Details window.
- Message ID
- Sent Time
- Relates To Message ID
- Benefits Coordination section.
This displays the payer details for the patient.
- Subsequent Benefits Coordination.
This displays the e-coupon/copay details for the patient's medication.
The Misc tab in the Refill Response Details window displays the reason and other details for approving or denying the prescription.
