The Misc tab in the New Rx Details window displays the following information: Prescribing Order Number Rx Reference Number. The Rx Reference Number is provided by the pharmacy, and appears only in the Refill Request Details and Refill Response Details window. Message ID Sent Time Relates To Message ID Benefits Coordination section. This displays the payer details for the patient. Subsequent Benefits Coordination. This displays the e-coupon/copay details for the patient's medication. New Rx Details The Misc tab in the Refill Response Details window displays the reason and other details for approving or denying the prescription. The Medication tab displays the details of the medication prescribed, including the Potency Code, DEA Schedule, and Dates. The tab displays relevant details in two sub tabs: Prescribed and Dispensed. The Potency Code field displays the drug potency unit code description based on the units description. The DEA Schedule field displays Schedule (I to V) for controlled substances based on the values in the NCPDP External Code List. Non-Scheduled or Not Specified displays when there is no schedule or if the medication is not a controlled substance. The Dates field displays the following dates: Written Last Filled Expiration Validated Delivered Period End Period End Period End New Rx Details Note: The New eRx Details window displays the Prescribed tab, Written and Last Filled date. The eRx Status enables you to track the status of newly submitted prescriptions, medication refills, and updates to prescriber information that are sent through the Surescripts ®network. For example, you can verify that new prescriptions have been delivered to a specific pharmacy on a certain date. From the Main menu, select View > eRx Status. The eRx Status window opens. eRx Status To filter your search results, select the applicable options from the following lists: User Provider Pharmacy Network Message Type Status You can also select the ellipsis button next to the User, Provider, or Pharmacy list and search for a specific user, provider, or pharmacy. Note: To search only by Assigned Provider and Current User, the eRx Status Dialog operation rights ( Multi-Provider Search and Multi-User Search) must be changed in System Administrator.
