Medication eRx Details

The Medication tab displays the details of the medication prescribed, including the Potency Code, DEA Schedule, and Dates. The tab displays relevant details in two sub tabs: Prescribed and Dispensed.

• The Potency Code field displays the drug potency unit code description based on the units description.
• The DEA Schedule field displays Schedule (I to V) for controlled substances based on the values in the NCPDP External Code List.
• Non-Scheduled or Not Specified displays when there is no schedule or if the medication is not a controlled substance.
• The Dates field displays the following dates:
  • Written
  • Last Filled
  • Expiration
  • Validated
  • Delivered
  • Period End
  • Period End
  • Period End
