Medications SAP Crystal Reports
The Medications SAP Crystal Reports enable you to print and fax prescriptions, create auditing reports, and meet other clinical reporting needs. SAP Crystal Reports displays with the new logo, NextGen Healthcare provides the following Medications module:
Report | Description |

ePCS | The ePCS (electronically prescribed controlled substance) reports allows you to monitor and track information about prescriptions that have been processed for controlled substances. The following reports are included: ePCS auditable events report ePCS prescriptions report |
Prescriptions Audit Report | Includes all prescriptions written by providers (including faxed, printed, or sent electronically) for a selected timeframe. The report contains a Delete Reason column which displays the reason for deleting a medication if the user entered it in error. It is used for auditing purposes. You can delete any prescribed medication without mentioning a reason for deletion. If you delete a medication after it has been sent you will now be able to enter a reason for the deletion.

Prescription Audit Events | Includes all prescription audit events. This report enables users to track prescription events. It displays prescribed medications, canceled medications, and deleted medications with the reason for the deletion of the previously prescribed medications. The report also displays the date or Time of the operation, the medication given, the operation (for example, faxed, printed) and destination (for example, fax number, which printer was used, if printed). |
Medications Prescription Audit Events (New York ISTOP) | To meet New York ISTOP controlled substance tracking requirements, this report helps users to track when prescribers print or fax scripts for controlled substances that have not been transmitted electronically. Based on user selections, this report displays prescribed medications, medication note types (such as prescribing notes), Provider Name, User, and Provider Relationship to users. This report also displays the date or time of the operation (for example, when the prescription was faxed or printed), who printed or faxed the prescription, and the destination (for example, fax number and which printer was used, if printed). |
Prescription End of Day Report | This report summarizes every prescription that the provider has prescribed for the specified day.
