Open Medications Module

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from Patient Lookup window. Select an existing encounter from the Encounter History tab or create an encounter. View RxFill History

You can review the full history of prescription fill status notifications. The history enables you to see details about the medications the patient has picked up from the pharmacy. In the medication grid, right-click a medication, and then select RxFill History. The RxFill History window opens and displays all successful RxFill status messages for the selected medication. You can also view the RxFill history by select the RxFill History link in the Medications module. Select a row in the Historical grid to view the details for the RxFill status message. Additional details appear in the bottom half of the window. A RxFill Notification Change History link has been added in the RxFill History window to capture all changes related to RxFill notifications. This allows a provider to see the prescriber and time the RxFill notifications were changed for any given medication. Modify Patient's Medication History Consent

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from Patient Lookup window. Open Medications module. Do one of the following: Select Medication History. From the Main menu, select Tools > Medication History Consent. The Medication History Consent window opens. Medication History Consent If applicable, modify the following information: Patient's consent response Patient 's consent expiration date Any additional notes Select Accept. Submit Patient's Medication History Consent

Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from Patient Lookup window. Open Medications module. Do one of the following: Select Medication History. From the Main menu, select Tools > Medication History Consent. If the patient has not given consent, the Medication History Consent window opens. Medication History Consent Select one of the following patient's consent response: Has not been requested Yes No Expired Withdrawn Select an expiry date or time period. Medication History Consent In the Memo field, enter notes.The maximum number of characters that you can enter in the Memo field is 255. Select Accept. Parent topic: Medication History Consent
