Managing Pharmacy Information

On the Pharmacy tab, you can enter up to two preferred pharmacies for a patient. Pharmacy information includes name, address, and phone and fax numbers. The information is saved for established patients with an existing chart, and for new patients when the chart is created.

Information on the Pharmacy tab is stored at the practice level; therefore, each practice can enter and maintain different information for a patient.
