Managing Outbound Closed Loop Referrals

When you initiate a referral in the Data Share module, it is sent as either a simple referral or a closed loop referral, depending on the capabilities of the receiving system.

For a closed loop referral, you can use the Closed Loop Referrals tab to view or cancel the referral. You can also use the Export tab to send updated information or to send the referral to a different provider.
