Before you begin
Ensure that you have the necessary user-level permissions to view and modify buttons on the Quick Buttons panel.
You can show or hide buttons on the Quick Buttons panel and also re-arrange their sequence to your preference.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window.
- On the Quick Buttons panel, select

The
My Quick Button Settings window opens.
- To add a button to the Quick Buttons panel, select Select Buttons, select the button to add from the list, and then select Apply.
- To remove a button on the Quick Buttons panel, do one of the following:
- Select
corresponding to the button to remove, and then select Apply.
- Select Select Buttons, clear the check box for the button to remove, and then select Apply.
- To change the order of the buttons, select and drag the buttons to the preferred location, and select Apply.
- To restore the practice preference settings, select Reset to Practice Settings.
