The Location, Region, and Name for the annotation area are set by Graphical Exam Tool (GET) and cannot be changed.
Select the attribute box and do one of the following, based on the attribute type:
Enter the value.
To display an input window, select an Ellipsis button (for example, diagnosis search window).
To increase or decrease a numeric value, select Up or Down Arrow button.
To select an Action, select the procedure or Lab Order from the list.
Note: If Image Required option is enabled, the GET performs a data validation for associated finding images when you save the template to patient chart. If there is no image attached then the messages displays "One or more of the documented Findings require attached Images based on the selected action".
Select Done.
The saved values update the Findings Grid. If you selected an action, a hyperlink displays in the Action column of the grid.
