Edit a Critical Results Range Value

  1. From the Application Launcher, access NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
  2. To expand the Results panel, select the down arrow.
  3. From the Results toolbar, select Setup.
  4. Select the vendor from the Please select vendor list.
    The default selected vendor is the entity that performed the test.

  5. Select an existing component range.
  6. Select Edit.
    The Add New Critical Range for window opens.
  7. Enter or select new values.

  8. Select OK.
    The updated critical results range appears in the window.

  9. Select OK.
