Document Selection Overview
- Organize Documents Button
- You can select Organize Documents button to open the Organize document folders window.
- Folders Section
- The Folders section displays the system-supplied and user-defined folders.
- Document List Section

The Document List section displays information for each document in the selected folder. If the All Documents folder is selected, information for all documents in all folders displays. This section contains the following columns:
- Document. Document name
- Locked By. User name
To unlock the document, you can right-click the document, and select Unlock. You can also unlock the document in the Selected Document section as described below.
- Compiled. Yes or No
- Compiled by. User name
- Last Modified. Date
- Modified by. User name
- Date created. Date
- Created by. User name
- Last Compiled. Date
- Categories Section

To view categories, you can select the Categories button in the upper right corner.
When you generate a document, you can select the check box for each category it should be associated with when it is saved to the patient's chart. - Selected Document Section

This section displays the following information for the selected document:
- Document. Document name
- Locked status:
Not locked
Locked by. User name
To unlock the document, select the lock icon. You can also unlock the document in the Document List section as described above.
- Comments. Displays any comments entered. If the document was converted from HighEdit to TX Text format, CONVERTED DOCUMENT (DCX) opens.
- Destination Section

The Destination section enables you to select document generation options.
