Open the
Rx Note View
pane.
Select the Rx note that you want to delete.
Select
Delete
.
A message appears asking you to confirm deletion of the note.

Add Rx Note From the Rx Note View Pane
Open the Medications module. Select a medication. Select an existing note. In the Rx Note View pane, select Add Note. Rx Note View Enter the details for your note, select the type, and then select OK. Select Accept. Parent topic: Add Rx Note

Modify Rx Note
Open the Rx Note View pane. Select the Rx note that you want to modify. Note: You cannot modify Rx notes on inactive medications that were created prior to the date the medication was stopped. Add Rx Note
The Medications module enables you to add, view, modify, and delete notes related to a medication. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Medications module. Select a medication. Select the Add Note link. The Medication Note window opens. Select a type of note. Medication Note Enter the details for your note. Medication Note text Select OK. Delete a Problem Note
You can delete a previously created problem note from the Problem Notes window. Right-click a problem, and select View/Add Notes. The Problem Notes window opens. Select the note you want to delete, and select Delete Note. The Delete Note window opens. Select OK to delete the problem note, and then select Close. Parent topic: Open the Problem Notes

Edit a Note
Select a note in the grid. Select Edit, and then make changes in the window. A historical view of the note is saved. To view a historical view of an edited note, select Show Deleted. Parent topic: Notes

Open the Medication Search window. Medication Search Select the favorites list you want to delete. Right-click the tab or tab display pane and select Delete Group.
