Open the
Rx Note View
pane.
Select the Rx note that you want to modify.
Note:
You cannot modify Rx notes on inactive medications that were created prior to the date the medication was stopped.
Select
Update
.
Modify the details of the Rx note and, if required, change the
Type
.
Select
OK

Add Rx Note From the Rx Note View Pane
Open the Medications module. Select a medication. Select an existing note. In the Rx Note View pane, select Add Note. Rx Note View Enter the details for your note, select the type, and then select OK. Select Accept. Parent topic: Add Rx Note

Delete Rx Note
Open the Rx Note View pane. Select the Rx note that you want to delete. Select Delete. A message appears asking you to confirm deletion of the note. Select Yes. Parent topic: Add Rx Note

Add Rx Note
The Medications module enables you to add, view, modify, and delete notes related to a medication. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Medications module. Select a medication. Select the Add Note link. The Medication Note window opens. Select a type of note. Medication Note Enter the details for your note. Medication Note text Select OK.
