Data Grid - MR Copy Forward Data
To edit any data in a Data Grid - MR that was copied forward, you must first save the template that contains the data grid to the new encounter. If the template is not saved, when you try to update the data in the MR Extended Popup template, a warning window opens with the message: User must save the template before editing copy forward data. Data Sheet Types
Type Function Table Data Appointments Displays all the appointments for the selected patient. Appointment Table Case Sheet Displays information for a specific case. Allergy, Medication, Billing ICD List, Procedures, Concepts, Templates, Documents, Images, Reports, and Emails tables. All Case Management template tables. Data Flow Sheet Displays data from multiple tables. Summarizes data from all encounters and displays the data in columns by encounter date rather than in rows. Note: If you build a Data Flow Sheet with fields from a frequently used template, at run time you may receive a large-size data grid that displays data from all relevant encounters. Check Box Data Sheet Type Description Hide Grid Lines All except Orders Summary Sheet or Data Flow Sheet Select this check box to hide data sheet grid lines. Hide Border All except Orders Summary Sheet or Data Flow Sheet Select this check box to hide data sheet borders. Hide Column Headers All except Orders Summary Sheet or Data Flow Sheet Select this check box to hide data sheet column headers. Copy Data Forward Data Grid - MR Select this check box to copy data forward from one encounter to another. Disable Menu Items Data Grid - CM, Data Grid - DM, Data Grid - MR, Practice, Summary Data Grid, SystemStored Procedure Select the check box for the actions you want to disable on the right-click menu at run time: Open. Open the record in the selected data row. Add New. Add a new record to the data sheet. Delete. Delete the record in the selected data row.
