Search Log Files

You can search log files to find specific information by date range, level, or message content. Near the top of the Data Share pane, select Open EHR Data Share Log File.The Log Viewer opens. Search Criteria in Log Viewer Choose one or more search criteria: Date Time From or Date Time To To adjust the date or time, select a date or time segment (month, day, year, and so on), and then select the up or down keys. Manually enter the date or time. To display a calendar and select the date, select the down arrow . Level: Select one of the following options: Administrative: Displays changes and modifications made by system administrator accounts. Critical: Displays critical errors that typically indicate that an application or system has failed or stopped responding. Debug: Displays informational events that are used to debug an application. Error: Displays all error events, including critical and fatal. Fatal: Displays events that presumably cause the application to stop. Info: Displays info

Search Trigger Values

You can search for specified values in conditions and parameters for selected types of triggers in the currently open template. The search values can include fields, variables, functions, characters, or other values. You can then select a trigger from the search results for editing. Do one of the following: To automatically populate the search value with a specific template field, either: Right-click the field, and then select Find in Triggers from the menu. Select the field, and then select Find in triggers on the Main toolbar. To manually enter the search value, select Find in Triggers on the Triggers window. The Find In Triggers window opens. If applicable, the search value box displays the selected field. The window contains check boxes for commonly used triggers and for conditions. The Conditions and Assign Field Value check boxes are selected by default. If the search value is blank or you want to change it, enter the value in the input box. Add a Significant Events Message to the Significant Events Report

In the Report Filter, select the Sig Events Msgs tab. Select Open File . The Significant Events Message window opens. To search for a message to include in the report, enter the search criteria in the Available field. Select the Search for keyphrase anywhere in this field check box if you want to see results that contain the phrase you are typing. To add a message, select the message in the Available list, then select . The message moves from the Available list to the Included list. To remove a message, select the message in the Included list, and then select . The message moves from the Included list to the Available list. Select OK. Use Advanced Search Criteria to Locate Tasks

The Advanced tab allows you to set up a search using a mathematical expression to define and narrow the scope of the search. From the Advanced tab, select the drop-down arrow in the Field field and select the field you want to use in the search. Select the drop-down arrow in the Expression field and select the expression that filters your search as desired. Valid options include: Equal, Not Equal, Greater Than, Less Than. Enter the applicable date in the Date field in MMDDYYYY format. Use the And/Or field to add another line to the advanced search. Select one of the following: And: Search results are based on meeting the search criteria for both the line where "And" was selected and the line below it (Criteria from both lines must be met.) Or: Search results are based on meeting the search criteria for either the line where "Or" was selected or the line below it, but not both lines of the search (Criteria from one line must be met.) Screening Tools Log Data Set

You can use the Screening Tools Log data set to do the following: You can configure codified values based on the combination of gender, patient age, and score result for Quality Measure reporting. You can configure screening tools for all or the required specialties to enable you to view only the specialty-specific screening tools on the run-time Screening Tool template. You can configure the functionality of various fields and codified value of the data displayed on the Screening Tools template. Modifier Categories

The Modifier Categories master file provides a complete list of all modifier categories within the database. The Modifier Categories master file is user-defined. To add or modify a modifier category, do the following: From the Master Files - System list, select Modifier Category. The Modifier Categories List window opens. Do one of the following: To add a new item, select open menu , and then select New. To modify an existing item, select the item in the list, select open menu , and then select Open. You can also double-click to open the item. The Add/Modify Modifier Category Information window opens. Enter a name for the modifier category in the Category field. In the Short Description field, enter a description of up to four characters for the modifier category. To change the modifiers in the category, select Open Folder . The Modifiers window opens. The Available field lists the available modifiers that have not been included in the group. To locate a modifier in the list, enter one
