Delete a Billing ICD Entry From the Billing ICD List
You can delete an entry from the Billing ICD List. Open Billing ICD List. Select a billing ICD entry in the billing ICD list. Select Delete. A message appears asking you to confirm deleting the problem. If the problem was not entered in error, clear the Entered in error check box. To delete the problem, select Yes. Note: All deleted billing ICD entries are displayed in the Deleted Items window. To open the Deleted Items window, on the billing ICD list toolbar select Deleted Items. Mark a Billing ICD Entry as Chronic
You can mark a Billing ICD entry of a recurring problem to chronic. Select a Billing ICD entry in the ICD Billing List data entry area. Select Set Chronic. The application sets the selected Billing ICD entry as chronic and disables the Set Chronic button. Note: The Set Chronic button is only active if a selected problem is not already set to chronic. Mark a Billing ICD Entry as Resolved
You can set a Billing ICD Entry as Resolved to move it to the Resolved side of the display area. Select a Billing ICD entry in the ICD Billing List data entry area. Select Resolve. Select the Accept button. The application marks the Billing ICD entry as Resolved, enters the date the problem was resolved, and moves the problem to the Resolved area of the display area. The billing ICD list data entry area toolbar is located above the data entry area, below the display area. Manage Billing ICD List Entries
You can mark a Billing ICD entry as chronic, see who last modified the entry, resolve a problem, or delete an entry. Open Billing ICD List. In the Billing ICD List Data display area, right-click a Billing ICD entry. A menu of functions and features opens. Billing ICD List To mark a Billing ICD entry as chronic, right-click the Billing ICD entry and select Set Chronic. The Set Chronic button is only active if the selected Billing ICD entry has not been set as chronic. Setting a problem as chronic in the Billing ICD List does not set that same problem to Chronic in the Problem List. To see who last modified the entry and when, select Who/When. The application displays the Modification Information window. Modification Information To refresh the changes for the Billing ICD entry, select Refresh. To add a problem, select Add Problem.
