Contact Information

The Contact Information element enables you to select the Preferred Contact and Alternate Contact information for the selected patient or contact. If the individual who contacted the practice was not the patient, you may need to adjust the contact information. Otherwise, the contact information is automatically-populated with the patient's demographic information. Each contact option has an Other field to enter information manually.
