General information on the Patient Information Bar includes the following:
- Patient's first name, middle initial, last name, preferred name, photo, and address. The patient name may include a prefix or suffix based on practice preferences. The word Deceased appears if the patient has expired.
Note:
- You can select the patient name to open the Modify Patient Information window.
- You can double-click the photo to zoom in or out.
- Contact: displays the first phone number listed in the Contact Information section on the Modify Patient Information window.
Note:
- You can hover to view Home, Day, Alternate, Secondary Home, Email and Cell.
- You can point to the contact information to display a table with the contact details such as Home, Day, or Cell phone, or Email.
- Contact Preference: displays the preference selected in the Contact Preference field on the Modify Patient Information window.
