Configuring Clinical Data Filters

Clinical information filters enable you to quickly select the types of clinical data to include in an export. By defining a filter for repeated use, you can ensure that exported documents include required categories of information, such as information required for Meaningful Use compliance.

Clinical information filters are available only when you set the Export Type option to Manual Data Selection.

Clinical information filters do not exclude items from the Clinical Information list. Rather, these filters cause selected categories of items in the Clinical Information list to be preselected for export. Even if a filter has been applied, you are still free to select or clear individual items in the list.
