Clinical Reconciliation Module

The Clinical Reconciliation module enables you to review the data in imported messages and documents. You can select clinical data items for inclusion in the NextGen® Enterprise EHR database. In NextGen® Enterprise EHR, you can search a patient, add or modify patient information, view CDA documents in a readable format, review patient's existing clinical data, and generate age-based growth charts. The Clinical Reconciliation module enables you to review a patient's existing clinical data and data from an imported CCD and C-CDA document, a patient medication history file from an ePrescribing vendor (such as SureScripts), or an HL7 message from a state immunization registry. The CDA Viewer enables you to view CDA documents in a readable format. The Viewer also enables you to easily filter the selected sections within the document, change the order that the sections are displayed in, perform CDA validation on the document, and save the viewing options as user preferences. Clinical Reconciliation

Clinical Reconciliation Results

You can import the results data from the Consolidated Clinical Document Architecture (C-CDA). You can import and reconcile results received from an external C-CDA to the Orders module. An audit record logs in Advance Audit when you modify user permission, reconcile the lab result or create a reference order. Layout of the Clinical Reconciliation Results Tab The Results tab displays the details of the provider and patient and also the different actions to perform. Matching Results Data The system automatically checks for complete match else checks for partial match. Add Action in the Import Section You can perform the add action in the Import section.
