Additional Fields on the Immunizations Summary report

To enable practices to view additional information on the Immunizations Summary report, technical staff can use the SAP Crystal Reports application to add any of the following fields to the report. After the user adds these fields in the SAP Crystal Reports application, they display in the Immunizations Summary report header when the report is generated in the Immunizations module.

You can select to add all or any of these fields, as needed by your practice:
  • Location_id: Displays the current location where the report is generated.
  • Provider_id: Displays the current provider.
  • Encounter_id: Contains the Encounter_id.
