Add Implantable Device Inactive Reasons

With a defined list of Implantable Devices Inactive Reasons, users can select a reason to explain why an implantable device record was deactivated. By default, File Maintenance provides the following reasons in the Implantable Device Inactive Reasons master list:

• Device disabled
• Device recorded in error
• Device removed

If necessary, you can add more reasons to the list. Reasons that users manually add to an implantable device record do not automatically get added "on the fly" to the master list.
