Add a Template to a Case

The Case Management Templates enable you to save data related to a specific Case. A Case Management Template stores all information pertinent to a specific Case without a relation to an Encounter.

The Case Management tab of the Select Template window is available when:
  • The Case View Management check box is selected on the My Patient History Settings | Encounter History window.
  1. Select a case.
  2. Select the Template button on the Top toolbar.
    The Select Template window with the Case Management tab opens.

  3. Select an applicable Case Management Template.
  4. Select OK.
    The selected template is displayed.
  5. Enter all necessary information.
  6. Save the Template.
    The saved Template is automatically attached to the selected case. You can review or modify the template.
