The image viewer toolbar includes buttons that you can use to manipulate a document or image. The following table describes the functionality of image viewer toolbar buttons.
Toolbar Buttons | Description |

| Rotates the images and documents clockwise and counter-clockwise |
| Adjusts the viewer size |
| Highlights the images and documents by adding arrows, text redaction bars, and text-based annotation
|
| Opens the annotations toolbar |
| Places the viewer in Select mode to work with annotations and in Zoom mode to view a specific area of the document |
| Prints the current document |
| Prints all documents in the selected batch |
| Moves the current page to another location within the document |
| Switches to the next document or opens the next page of the current document |
| Removes noise from the images without blurring the edges

| Adjusts the gray scale so you can clearly view the image or document
|
| Adjusts the contrast and brightness |
| Creates a task associated with the document to obtain sign-off |
| Lists the NextGen® Enterprise EHR template you can select. |
| Opens NextGen® Enterprise EHR with the selected template |
| Attaches a provider signature to the document |
| Moves to the first unfiled document in the batch |
| Re-files the document to update the necessary fields |
| Displays the indexes of the document |
| Attaches notes to the document and individual pages |
| Adds pages to the document |
| Moves the current page to the lost batch |
| Hides the current page from the document |
| Deletes the current page from the document |
| Exports the document as an image in PDF format |
| Sets NextGen® Document Management to display new images in a new viewer |
