Set Up Operation Rights for Generating Reports

You can configure which user groups can generate NextGen® Document Management reports from NextGen® Document Management and NextGen® Enterprise PM.

  1. Open System Administrator.
  2. Select a user group, and then select the Rights tab.
  3. In Master Files, select System, PM, or Document Management, and then select Practices.
    The Practices List window opens.
  4. In the Practices list, double-click a practice.
    The Modify Practice Information window opens.
  5. Select Preferences.
    The Practice Preferences window opens.
  6. In Preferences List, select Imaging.
  7. Expand OPERATIONS, and then expand Reports.
  8. Select Doc Mgmt, and then in the Access Rights section, select Yes.

    You can select No to deny the user group the ability to generate NextGen® Document Management reports.

  9. Select Save.
