Rearrange Document Pages

Before you begin You must do the following: Select the Delete Pages operation right in System Administrator. Set up the hard delete feature in File Maintenance. On the NextGen® Document Management image viewer, you can rearrange the document pages, and hide a document page and an image without deleting it from the document. You can also copy a page from one document to another document. To rearrange the document pages from the image viewer, right-click the document, and then select Move > Page To. In Move Page To, enter the page number you want to move to, and then select OK. To hide a page, from the image viewer toolbar, move to the document page or image that you want to hide, and then select the hide icon. You can also right-click and select Show Hidden Pages to show the hidden pages or images in the document. To print the document or image, from the image viewer toolbar, select the print icon, then in the Print Doc Mgmt Images window, select the necessary options, and then select P

Move Document Page to the Lost-Page Batch

If you upload a document with the wrong page, you can move that page to the lost-page batch, and then delete the page. To move a page to the lost-page batch, you must first set the batch where you want to move the page as the lost-page batch. Open NextGen® Document Management. On the toolbar, select Batch. In the Image Batches window, right-click a batch, and then select Set as Lost Page Batch. Double-click that batch, and then on the image viewer, go to the page that you want to move to the lost-page batch. Post Batches

After you have acquired and filed batches, you can post them either as an individual batch or multiple batches. You can also post a batch that contains document pages that are not filed. For example, if a batch contains a single document with three pages, and only two of its pages are filed, you can still post the batch with only the filed pages. Posting a batch locks the documents in it so that only the persons assigned the Re-Filing Operation right can edit the way they are filed. Open NextGen® Document Management. On the toolbar, select Batches. The Image Batches window opens. Optional: To restrict the batches that display in the window to those that are assigned only to you, select the Show Batches Secured To Me checkbox. To view batch details for the batches that are listed in the window, activate the Show Batch Details option. You can see the number of pages in a batch and whether all or part of the batch is filed.
