Recall Letter Name	Indicates the collection letter name you want to apply to the job.
Recall Letters Recall Plan	Indicates one or more recall plans for the job.
Recall Letters Resource	Indicates one or more recall letter resources for the job.
Recall Letters Event	Indicates one or more recall letter events for the job.
Recall Letters Location	Indicates one or more service locations for the job.
Include Expired Patients?	Indicate whether you want the job to include expired patients when it generates the recall letters.
Update "Last Mailing" Date	Indicate whether you want the job to update the Recall Letter Sent" date when it executes.
Upload Export File To NextGenEDI?	Indicate whether or not you want to upload the recall letter export file to NextGen® EDI.
Job runtime alert setting (minutes)	Indicate the number of minutes you want the application to wait before sending out a job runtime alert email.
Job runtime alert email	Enter the email address of the person or persons to whom the application sends the job runtime alert.

Appointment Reminder Job

You can create the job to download and print or export the appointment reminder letters by configuring the fields as described in the following table. Field Description Appointment Reminder Action Indicates whether you want to print or export the appointment reminder letters. Appointment Reminder Letter Name Indicates the appointment reminder letter name that you want the job to use. Future Appointment Date From/To Indicates the From and To date to set the appointment date range within which the job automatically generates appointment reminders. Appointment Resource Indicates one or more resources to apply to the job. Appointment Event Indicates one or more events to apply to the job. Print Pending Paper Claims Job

To configure the settings for the job, complete the following fields: Field Description Claim Print Action Indicates whether you want to print or export the paper claims. Claim Form Indicates the claim form you want the job to use for the pending claims. This field displays one of the following: ADA 2019 ADA 2024 CMS1500 (2005) UB04 CMS 1500 (2012) UB92 Forms or forms enhanced Note: The forms or forms enhanced are available in Claim Form list only if the forms or forms enhanced are mapped to the payer in File Maintenance. Account Collection Letters Job

The Account Collection Letters job will nightly process the account collection letter and prints or exports it in the specified location. You can create the job to download and export the letter by configuring the fields as described in the following table.
