Field	Description
Service Location	Indicates the service location of the practice to which you want to restrict the eligibility requests job.
Rendering Physician	Indicates the rendering physician that you want to apply to the job.
Service Date From/To	You can set a pending charges creation date range for the job. Indicate the From and To dates that mark the time frame during which the pending charges should get processed or rejected.
Pending Action	Indicate whether you want the job to either Process or Reject the pending charges.
Job runtime alert setting (minutes)	Indicate the number of minutes you want the application to wait before sending out a job runtime alert email.
Job runtime alert email	Enter the email address of the person or persons to whom the application sends the job runtime alert.

Unapplied Encounter Credits Job

The following table helps to configure the fields of Unapplied Encounter Credits Job: Field Description Encounter Location Indicate one or more Service Location for which you want to process the unapplied encounter Encounter Rendering Indicate the Encounter Rendering physician for which you want the unapplied encounter credits to be processed. Transaction Codes Indicate the original transaction code applied to the unapplied encounter payment Encounter Date From/To Indicate the encounter date as billable date on encounter maintenance. Stored Procedure Job

You can create a job within NextGen® Background Business Processor that automatically executes a stored procedure during the times the package is scheduled to run. Each Stored Procedure job can run only one stored procedure. If you want a package to execute more than one stored procedure, you must create a job for each stored procedure. Configure the following fields: File Description Stored Procedure Name Enter the name of the stored procedure you want the job to run. Stored Procedure Parameters Select the ellipsis button and enter the parameter name and values in the Stored Procedures window. Select OK when finish entering parameters. The Process Pending Charges job lets you process the pending charges from NextGen® Enterprise PM during the BBP process so that the charges can be billed out automatically. Manual process for pending charges is no longer required to process NextGen® Enterprise EHR charges into the NextGen® Enterprise PM system. Print Pending Paper Claims Job

To configure the settings for the job, complete the following fields: Field Description Claim Print Action Indicates whether you want to print or export the paper claims. Claim Form Indicates the claim form you want the job to use for the pending claims. This field displays one of the following: ADA 2024 ADA 2019 CMS1500 (2005) UB04 CMS 1500 (2012) UB92 Forms or forms enhanced Note: The forms or forms enhanced are available in Claim Form list only if the forms or forms enhanced are mapped to the payer in File Maintenance. Process NextGen® Enterprise EHR Charges from the Pending Charges Process

You can process procedures from NextGen® Enterprise EHR that are in the pending charges holding tank in NextGen® Enterprise PM from the Process Pending Charges window. You can process charges for multiple encounters at the same time. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM. From the File menu, select Processes, and then Pending Charges. The Process Pending Charges window opens. Enter the appropriate Search Criteria section to locate the desired pending charges. Select Service Location, and then select one or more charge locations or leave it blank for charges from any location. Select Rendering Physician, and then select one or more charge rendering providers or leave it blank for charges from any provider. Select Service Dates From/To, and then enter a charge service date range or leave it blank for charges from any date. Select Financial Class, and then select one or more charge financial class or leave it blank for charges from all financial classes of the primary payer of the pending charge. S
