Activate a Disabled Schedule
You can activate a disabled schedule by performing the following steps: Select the Schedules tab on the Package Properties window. Disable a Schedule
NextGen® Background Business Processor saves each schedule you create for a package. By default, NextGen® Background Business Processor gives each schedule you create a status of Enabled. You can determine which schedule the package uses and which it does not by enabling or disabling the schedules listed on the Schedules tab of the Package Properties window. Select the Schedules tab on the Package Properties window. Do one of the following: Right-click on the schedule you want to deactivate and select Disable from the short-cut menu. Copy Schedules
You can make a copy of an existing schedule. The copied schedule can serve as a shortcut to the task of creating a new schedule. Highlight the schedule in the Schedules tab of the Package Properties window. Do one of the following: Right-click and select Copy from the short-cut menu. Select the Open Menu button and select Copy. The Schedule Properties window displays with settings that are identical to the properties for the schedule you are copying. The lone difference is that NextGen® Background Business Processor inserts "Copy of" before the name of the copied schedule. Make the preferred adjustments to the schedule settings and select OK to save. Parent topic: Scheduling Packages

Create a Schedule
The schedules you create for a specific package are available for that package only. You cannot select schedules across different packages. (You can, however, copy an existing schedule within a package.) Select the Schedules tab on the Package Properties window. Do one of the following: Select the Open Menu button and select New. Right-click in the schedule list and select New from the shortcut menu. The Schedule Properties window opens. Enter a name for the schedule in the Schedule name field. Configure the Schedule type options to determine the time and frequency of the schedule. See the example below for guidance on setting the options. Note: For information on specifying holidays for the NextGen applications, see the Holidays Tab topic in the latest System Administrator User Guide for NextGen® Enterprise. Delete a Package
Highlight the package in the Package List. Do one of the following: Right-click and select Delete from the short-cut menu. Select Delete from the Packages menu on the NextGen® Background Business Processor main menu bar. Parent topic: Create Packages
